- Payment My fee is payable using a bank account or credit card through PayPal or the client can execute a bank wire transfer. Which ever method the client uses, work on the project cannot begin until the agreed upon payment is receive. Communication Projects are handled entirely by e-mail and telephone. Contract A contract is required for all projects. Work on a project cannot begin until a signed contract is received. Refunds I am unable to provide refunds. I will work with client before start of project and throughout to ensure the information I provide is satisfactory. Additional Charges There are no additional charges to the client other than those agreed to in the contract. I absorb the cost of telephone calls, photocopies, and postage and do not bill client for these expenses. Transportation costs, meals and lodging for special events or interviews related to the project are billed to the Client. Consulting by Hour Fee Reviewing and consultation services are billed on an hourly basis. The client is sent a billing statement and request for payment through PayPal or by email on Friday of each week. Payment is expected no later than Tuesday of the following week. Revisions and Edits Revisions are free provided they are assigned within 30 days of receipt of initial information and not based on changes in the project made after the information is submitted. Unless otherwise agreed, projects fees include up to three edits. Additional edits are subject to additional fees. Rights Once all payment is complete, the Work becomes the property of the Client who then owns all rights. |
